The project provides a modernised solution for alarm management in facilities. It combines Artificial Intelligence with advanced functionalities to optimise notifications, enhancing operational efficiency and customer service.
Key innovations
The aim is to address the issue of alarm duplication by introducing two new parameters (Quarantine Time and Guarantee Time), together with the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the notification management system. This technological framework enables greater accuracy in alarm handling, allowing staff to dedicate more time to value-added tasks and personalised customer service.
-
Quarantine Time and Guarantee Time: these parameters define operational intervals to group and control symptomatic alarms.
-
- Quarantine Time sets a waiting period after an alarm or event is deactivated, consolidating any alerts that are reactivated within that timeframe.
- Guarantee Time is the interval after an event has been closed, reopening if reactivation occurs.
-
Artificial Intelligence for dynamic adjustments: through machine learning, Quarantine and Guarantee Times are adapted flexibly based on accumulated experience. Each alarm or event is configured individually, reducing manual intervention and freeing up human resources.
Main project objectives
- Optimise alarm management by eliminating duplicates and false positives.
- Reduce the workload of Call Centre staff, enabling them to focus on critical incidents.
- Improve operational efficiency and customer service quality.
- Incorporate AI capabilities to dynamically adjust parameters in real time, ensuring a precise and personalised response.
Expected impact
Neurocall 360 will enable much more efficient alarm management, eliminating duplicate events and significantly reducing the workload and time invested by Call Centre staff. This will allow teams to focus on enhanced customer service and business value-added activities.
The project is an initiative by GradHoc, an adaptive industrial software platform that integrates multiple technologies to improve business management.
Funding
Neurocall 360 is part of the IG408M – IA 360 programme, supporting technological development and innovation through Artificial Intelligence by IGAPE, co-financed by NextGeneration EU funds and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain.
