Gradhoc Smart, S.L., the company responsible for this website, makes this document available to users, with which it complies with the obligations established in Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as informing all users of the website about the conditions of use of the website.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable.

Gradhoc Smart S.L. has implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security of your personal data and to avoid its alteration, loss and treatment and/or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks arising from human action or the physical and natural environment to which they are exposed.

Anti-spam policy

The owner declares its complete opposition to the sending of unsolicited commercial communications and to any type of conduct or manifestation known as “spam”, and also declares its commitment to the fight against this type of abusive practices.

Data hosting

For technical and service quality reasons, this website is hosted in the DPC of the company Redegal (privacy policy). This DPC is hosted in the Nixval DataCenter in Valencia (Spain). This DPC has the physical and logical security elements to be able to manage this website. This hosting has the following technical characteristics: 15GB of storage, 30GB of monthly transfer and daily, weekly and monthly backup of files and databases.

For similar reasons, the provision of the email subscription and newsletter service is carried out from the premises of the company Zoho Corporation B.V. (The Netherlands) (privacy policy).

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a statistical data analysis service provided by the company Google Inc. (privacy policy). Gradhoc Smart S.L. uses this service to track usage statistics. Google Analytics uses cookies to help the website analyse statistical data about the use of the website (number of total visits, most viewed pages, etc.). The user has a profile on the same Social Media and has decided to join the page created by Gradhoc Smart S.L., thereby showing interest in the information published on the Media. By joining our page, you give us your consent to process the personal data published in your profile.


The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Media at any time, and can configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.
