Launch of Activity: Advanced Software for Industrial Refrigeration Quotation Within Gradhoc’s Innovation Plan
Gradhoc Smart has taken a significant step forward in technological innovation with the initiation of an advanced software development project aimed at automating the quotation process for industrial refrigeration installations. This initiative seeks to enhance operational efficiency, reduce response times, and minimize errors.
The new software, built on modern and robust technologies, will feature a comprehensive database integrating all essential components required for executing industrial refrigeration projects. This system will automatically calculate refrigeration demands, design piping and electrical layouts, and optimize the entire quotation process from start to finish. Additionally, it will generate budgets automatically, significantly reducing the time needed to prepare commercial proposals and improving the accuracy of technical calculations.
The development and implementation of the software will be carried out in multiple phases, with critical functionalities such as automated calculations and report generation being prioritized initially. Throughout this process, periodic testing with end users will ensure seamless integration into Gradhoc Smart’s existing workflows. The agile methodology adopted will allow continuous adaptation of the software, ensuring its evolution and effectiveness as new features are implemented.
