Yes, an industrial computer would be required, and it would be necessary to assess the client’s current installation to determine if any additional components are needed.
Yes, as long as it has industrial communications capabilities.
In most cases, yes.
Preventive maintenance involves inspecting installations and analyzing their condition at a specific moment, during the scheduled maintenance. However, breakdowns can occur randomly (at any time). While preventive maintenance can indeed help reduce corrective actions, it does not continuously monitor the evolution of an installation, and therefore, cannot predict failures or execute automatic actions.
Energy is often consumed in excess of what is actually needed. With Gradhoc, we can optimize operational parameters and schedules for various equipment (for example, a compressor that, instead of running continuously, operates during off-peak periods when electricity rates are lower).
Moreover, higher utility bills may be incurred due to contractual terms that have not been reviewed in accordance with actual needs (after implementing these changes in parameters, schedules, etc.). It is essential to review contractual conditions such as contracted power, tariff types, and more.
The installation is straightforward. When considering Industry 4.0, there is often a perception of a lengthy process requiring significant technological adaptation and investment. However, with Gradhoc, this process is simplified to the greatest extent possible without interrupting industrial production processes.
The system is scalable. The client can start with a minimal setup and gradually add more measurement points.
Multi-brand reading and integration. Gradhoc is multi-protocol and multi-brand, allowing integration with devices the client may already have, unlike other systems that only “read” their own brands.
