Gradhoc

Comprehensive & scalable

MULTIPROTOCOL
MULTIVENDOR

Gradhoc is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, a cloud-based software model. Users can access the software directly from a web browser, mobile application, or any other internet-connected device.

Our clients can access our services on demand, hosted on our proprietary servers.

SaaS allows for the seamless addition of new features and the ability to scale the service as needed at any time, without requiring our clients to incur infrastructure upgrade costs.

The platform is flexible, enabling users to adjust their use of the software according to their needs at any given moment.

The platform employs standard communication protocols to connect with any hardware on the market. These multi-protocol and multi-vendor capabilities ensure connectivity with any infrastructure or asset.

The platform supports the diversification of installations, allowing for the integration of additional operational and business variables, with the goal of performing operational analyses, providing productivity indicators, and more.

Software as a service

Hosted in the cloud on our proprietary servers. Multi-device access: PC, tablet, mobile. No software upgrade costs

Scalability

Easily add new features and scale the service as needed. Tailored to the user’s needs

Connectivity and integration

It integrates with multiple manufacturers through standard communication protocols, such as Modbus, M-Bus, OPC, and BACnet

Diversification

It can integrate additional operational and business variables for the purpose of conducting analyses with productivity indicators and more

Gradhoc

Implementation phases

Phase 1

Feasibility study

Preliminary study to ensure that the
installation aligns with the technical
and energy objectives

Phase 2

Design and engineering

Project development for the
implementation of the solution
at the client's facilities

Phase 3

Implementation

Execution of the project
and provision of the service
tailored to the client's needs

Gradhoc

Feasibility study

This initial phase necessitates a comprehensive assessment of the facility, focusing on the following information:

  1. Single-line diagrams of the plant (overall plant diagrams) and refrigeration schematics.
  2. Electrical schematics of the refrigeration machinery room.
  3. Control systems (PLCs, HMI screens, SCADAS, etc.) related to the section(s) under management.
  4. Brands and models of the components within the refrigeration machinery room.
  5. In the case of photovoltaic production, the brand and model of inverters and the control system.
  6. Electrical contract and utility bills from the past year for the plant.

Gradhoc

Design and engineering

Once the project’s feasibility has been confirmed, the following tasks are undertaken during the design and engineering phase:

  1. Technical site visit to the facilities.
  2. Planning, scheduling, and procurement of materials.

The client’s facilities must be properly equipped with the necessary instrumentation to collect data and proceed with uploading it to our cloud platform. This requires the implementation of hardware and sensors on the client’s equipment to ensure connectivity of the infrastructure. We require the client to provide an internet connection (IP address, subnet mask, and Gateway) to our industrial PC installed on-site, as well as the opening of the necessary ports.

Gradhoc

Implementation

Gradhoc possesses the capability to conduct on-site implementations when required by the client. However, in many instances, the client may undertake the implementation independently at their facilities based on the project developed by us, either using their own resources or by engaging external installers available in the market.

This phase encompasses the actual execution stage, which includes the following tasks:

  1. Re-automation: Rewiring of subpanels, services, etc. (only if necessary).
  2. Integration with the Gradhoc Platform.
  3. Testing and finalization.

Upon completion of the implementation and the execution of the commissioning tests, the installation will be fully connected and integrated with the Gradhoc platform.
