This plant features several assets, ranging from ultra-frozen chambers (-20°C) to positive aisles.
The plant’s assets are all powered by 4 compressors in the positive (MT) and 3 in the negative (LT), with CO2 refrigerant gas.
The evolution of their demand before and after the implementation date can be seen in the following graph:
In the graph, we observe that the working hours decrease after optimization (less dense lines) and the required capacity has decreased considerably, from peaks of over 60% to the current 50%. That is, a decrease of 15%.
Furthermore, if we focus on purely energy savings, in the graph, we can see the energy consumption before and after the optimizer, and if we look closely, we can observe that around 15°C is when we achieve the most savings, up to 19%.
However, across the entire temperature range, we obtain savings, no matter how small they may be, highlighting the evident benefits of the optimizer.
In the regression diagram, we can see the same information. We can conclude that the implementation of the Gradhoc software has been a resounding success from which the client has greatly benefited.
