This report illustrates how, thanks to the monitoring of the signals of the industrial refrigeration plant’s devices, you can discover the your structure of energy consumption, thus allowing you to reduce them.
The report, through the analysis of data, shows:
- Structure of consumption by area, offering accurate data on each device’s energy consumption.
- Simulation of the cold room’s temperature variation. After the adjustment proposal, this behaviour is simulated again to establish a comparison before making any decision.
- Data on evaporation and on cooling and defrosting times. These new data are also simulated after the adjustment proposal.
- Reprogramming of the system to reduce the number of the equipment’s starts and shutdowns. New structure of energy consumption after the reprogramming is carried out.
